Marcos Senna, Joan Capdevilla, Carlos Marchena, Rubén de la Red and a number of other ex Spanish national team players formed part of a Spain legends team that took on a team of well known Spanish journalists at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas this past Friday.

The friendly match was only the start of the days festivities which included a live viewing party of the World Cup 2018 Russia Draw. With the conclusion of the draw where Spain learnt that they will face Portugal, Morocco and Iran in the group stages, Marcos and ex Villarreal teammate Joan Capdevila took place in a roundtable discussion with ex National Team coaches Vicente del Bosque and Javier Clemente to analyse Spain’s rivals and chances of success at the World Cup 2018.
